He was born December 14, 1917 in Wenona, Illinois the son of Fred J. and Frances (Russell) Campbell.
He leaves to cherish his loving memory, his loving daughter, Victoria (Derek) Richmond, 4 brothers and sisters, Mary, Fritz, Robert, and Donna, and 2 grandchildren, Brittany and Lindsey.
He was predeceased by his wife, Margaret and his sister Sheila.
