Richard “Rich” Joseph Stachowski 67 years old North Fort Myers Florida Taken from us suddenly doing what he loved, fishing. on April 10,2022. Born on March 7, 1955 in Detroit Michigan, Mother Delphine Falkowski and Father Frederick Stachowski. Survived by sibling Mike Stachowski and his lifelong soulmate, best friend and companion Angela Slater of 32 years. Rich was a stepparent to Danyelle Baker, Jennifer Jolly and Matt Slater. Loving grandfather to Missy Slater, Matthew Slater Jr, Randal Slater, Hailie Slater and Myranda Baker. Leaving behind family and friends in Michigan, Rich and Angela packed up in 2002 and moved to find a piece of mind in North Fort Myers, Florida. Rich was known for his avid love of fishing, bicycling, photography, archery, outdoor living and a collector of many things. Richs’ ideal day was watching Blue Angels flying through the sky and catching fish only to release them back into the sea. Rich has gone fishing with the angels and he will be missed greatly.
