Brenda Ann Beall

Brenda Ann Beall, age 73, passed away peacefully on May 17, 2026, in Fort Myers, Florida. Brenda was born on June 27, 1952, in Moses Lake, Washington, to Warren K. Baslee and Josephine Hoag. Brenda lived a life devoted to faith, family, education, and service to others. She graduated from Maynard Evans High School, Class of 1970, and continued her education by earning a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Central Florida and a Master’s Degree from the University of South Florida. She began her professional career as a buyer for Ivey’s (Dillard’s) before dedicating the next 27 years to education. Brenda spent 17 years teaching first and second grade students and later served 10 years as a Media Specialist at both the elementary and high school levels. She touched countless lives through her kindness, patience, and passion for helping children learn and grow. Brenda was a devoted Christian and faithful member of First Christian Church of Kissimmee and later McGregor Baptist Church in Fort Myers. Throughout the years, she joyfully served in many areas of church life, including singing in the choir, teaching Sunday School classes, preparing Wednesday night meals, and participating in her life group, where she formed many cherished friendships. Her greatest joy in life was being a mother and grandmother. Brenda often said her son and grandchildren were her proudest accomplishment and greatest blessing. She loved scrapbooking, cooking, singing, and especially spending time playing with her grandchildren. Brenda was known for finding the good in everyone she met and leaving a lasting impression on all who knew her. Above all else, her faith guided every aspect of her life. One of her favorite passages of scripture was Proverbs 3:5-6: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.” Brenda is survived by her loving husband of over 50 years, John Beall; her son, Troy Beall, and daughter-in-law, Jessica Beall; and her beloved grandchildren, Bryce Beall, age 6, Braxton Beall, age 4, Mia Beall, age 3, and Makenzie Beall, age 2 months. She is also survived by her siblings: Lynn Bennett, Bruce Baslee, Tena Rick, Tammy Winders, Terri Reichert, and Wendy Seiler. She was preceded in death by her father, Warren K. Baslee; her mother, Josephine Hoag Baslee; her stepmother, Ann Kienast Baslee; and her brothers, Keith Baslee and Tracy Baslee. A Celebration of Life honoring Brenda Ann Beall will be held on June 27, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at McGregor Baptist Church, Room H100, in Fort Myers, Florida. 3750 Colonial Blvd, Fort Myers, FL 33966. Brenda chose cremation. Though deeply missed, Brenda’s family rejoices in the assurance of her eternal home with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
