Ramon Santos Galvan

Ramon Santos Galvan A.K.A Moncho or Monchizilla to his loved ones died peacefully September 13th after fighting stage 4 liver disease and from complications of a rare fungal infection, he was surrounded by family. He was born to Ramon Aispuro-Galvan and Maria Irma Navarro Galvan in Sarasota, FL on January 14th, 1982 , he was 43 years old. Moncho attended public schools, he was a Booker high graduate, class of 2000 and attended trade school in Sarasota, FL and received a certified degree for automotive technician, where he then embarked in a career in auto mechanics working for Lexus Of Sarasota which he loved dearly as he had a passion for cars and tinkering with stuff. Moncho loved to draw, write, color, cook, had a passion for cars, loved anime and working on arts and crafts and model cars and whatnot. He loved life, animals, people, was a great friend to all and loved talking and had some of the best conversations and full of ideas and all sorts of information and was just a gentle, kind hearted sweet soul who loved helping others. He enjoyed listening to music, especially Rock, going to his daily Tuesday night movie dates with younger brother David, was a foodie at heart and loved trying new dishes and restaurants, loved weekly Sunday dinners at his brother-in-law Thomas's and sister Melina's place, loved having breakfast with his Dad and writing his baby brother Gabriel letters. Monchizilla is predeceased by his mother Maria Irma Navarro Galvan. He is survived by his father Ramon Aispuro-Galvan from Sarasota ,FL (Andrea), brothers David and Gabriel Galvan both from Sarasota,FL; his sister Melina Galvan from Sarasota,FL; brother-in-law Thomas Cadd from Bradenton,FL; his chicle Veronica Pena from Sarasota,FL; his nephew Alexander Gabriel Galvan from Mississippi, his uncle and aunt Salvador and Leticia Galvan from Sarasota,Fl; his Aunt Hilda Hernandez (Big Martin) from Houston, TX; his Tia Nuirka from Myakka City, FL; his Tia Chuya from Mexico,his Tio Juan Navarro from Texas, his Tia Gloria Benivades from Dallas,TX; he had a one of a kind bond with his baby cousin Elizabeth Galvan and her daughter Amaya from Sarasota, FL; and a unique bond with cousins Little Martin, Kristina and Journey Hernandez from Houston, TX and lots of beloved cousins from Sarasota,FL; Myakka City, FL; Houston,TX; Dallas ,TX; Wilson,NC and Mexico who he loved dearly. We will have a viewing for Moncho at Gendron funeral and cremation services at 135 N. Lime Ave Sarasota, FL 34237 And a celebration of life at his beloved Tio Chava and Tia Letty's house. The family would like to thank all the Dr's and staff at Sarasota Memorial Hospital who cared for Ramon during his illness and the staff at Tidewell Hospice Home for providing a place for our beloved Monchizilla to pass peacefully and meet with our Lord, our mother and other loved ones who have passed ahead.
